Parenting Tip #1: Being Besties...

You had your child to meet that big hole in your life... that one thing you were missing.  Your little reflection of yourself can be a great friend.   You can mold them in your exact likeness, and do everything with them that you wished your parents had done.  You can be "the fun parent", and give them everything they want.  Afterall, who wants their kids to hate them? And kids hate nothing more than a parent who doesn't provide the latest games, the TV shows "everybody else will be watching", and the latest iPhone.

In relaxation time, there's nothing better than sitting with your kids watching age-innapropriate material.  Or letting them just "chillout" in the sanctuary of their own room, with their own big screen TV, surfing the internet.  Supervision is for weak parents!

Every now and then, getting drunk with your underage teenage kids and their friends is heaps of fun too!  The other parents will understand, 'cause you're "the fun parent".

Oh, and nothing says "I'm your friend" greater than getting their name tattoed somewhere where no-one can miss it!
